Because you are given the opportunity to test our services for free, we operate a no refund policy.

Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable. This applies to all subscriptions, course fees, or other purchases.

We do not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Inactivity or unused access
• Dissatisfaction after purchase
• Accidental purchases
